Musgrove Willow Coffins

When Arthur ‘Sam’ Musgrove bought a cottage with a small plot of land and an industrial boiler for £100, he could not have imagined that nearly 100 years and four generations later Musgrove Willows would be supplying willow coffins all over the world. Our willow coffins are sustainable, environmentally friendly and beautifully hand crafted using the tried and trusted skills passed down through the generations.

Each one of our willow coffins is made using the willow grown and processed on over 180 acres of our Somerset farmland. This enables us to maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and service.

Colourful Coffins

Our motto is “As Individual As You” and that perfectly sums up the way we work. We know that everyone is unique and that’s why, as a family owned independent business not affiliated to any coffin manufacturers, at Colourful Coffins © we provide a personalised service and unrivalled design excellence for each of our customer families.

Motorcycle Funerals

In 2002, the late Reverend Paul Sinclair founded Motorcycle Funerals Limited, Britain’s first motorcycle hearse service. Paul who has served at funerals for 30 years, believes we should reflect people’s lifestyles in their funerals. “No one places an Everton fan in a Liverpool strip when they die so why should a motorcycle enthusiast be seen in an automobile?”

High winds, rain and snow? Protected behind clear glass the coffin, floral tributes and personal artefacts will not be damaged.

They have a unique fleet which serves the British Isles. For more information please contact us at Macbeth Funeral Services

Quality Coffins and Caskets

…Mighty oaks from little acorns grow… and so it has been, in establishing a family of independent companies with over 200 years of manufacturing experience between them, under the Jukes Holdings blanket.

Founded in Gloucester in 1937 as a general timber yard. The company began specialising in cutting and drying English elm/oak boards for the funeral industry in 1947 at a modern sawmill in Ashleworth. By 1963, with the advent of the Veneered Chipboard Coffin, Vowles moved to its now present site in Upton-upon-Severn.

Testimonials

Sadly this is the second time that I have had cause to use Ross and his team and both times have found the service to be excellent. Ross has the perfect calm and respectful manner to deal with the situation, explaining the whole process at length giving us time to absorb the information at our own pace. Alison was also a great help and both supported myself and my family through these difficult times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Macbeth Funeral Services.

On the death of my mother, we could not have found a more compassionate, kind and thoughtful company. Ross explained everything at our pace, and made the whole experience as easy as possible, always there to answer questions and provide support at a difficult time. Thank you Ross and all your team.

We would just like to thank Ross & the whole team at MacBeth’s funeral services for everything they have done for us as a family & ensuring that our Mum got the send off she deserved . Nothing is to much trouble & the support & professionalism is second to none . Everything was explained in full & at our pace , we felt we were allowed to take our time in making decisions. Ross visited us at home which was lovely for us as a family, Ross is so thorough but so kind & compassionate. From the initial phone call , to the beautiful service , to the delivery of the ashes everything was absolutely perfect .
